Act for Impact was founded by Young Global Leader, Caroline Watson, in partnership with experts in the field of corporate learning and personal development. Caroline's 20 year experience as an entrepreneur working in China and the emerging world, coupled with her background in theatre, makes her an exciting and visionary leader and trainer, firmly rooted in the day to day practice of leadership.
Having started her own leadership journey working with migrant workers in China, at the intersection of globalisation, to now working in Europe and North America with senior leaders, Caroline brings unparalleled experience in what it means to lead from the bottom....and the top.
